The indaba is organized by the Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa (SEIFSA) and it is purposed with creating a framework for policy makers, labour representatives and the metal and engineering industry.

The annual meeting will hold discussions on challenges operating in the industry and provide the opportunity to collaborate to create a sustainable solution for manufacturing in the metal works and the engineering sector. This year’s indaba will result in the direct influence of policy with the goal of adopting them in to resolutions.
